When I saw this variation in the 6″ Deluxe Winding Ways collection, I knew I had to try it. It’s fun to piece with all that lovely curved piecing. I think I’ll make enough of this one for a table topper or wallhanging. The variation is available in all the deluxe Inklingo Winding Ways collections.

The back of the little blocks after pressing and grading of seams. There is definitely something about the 3″ blocks that’s impossible for me to resist.
Baxter was not wanting to pose for a photograph. The look on his face in this cracks me up.
Just another very nice quilt that you are making! Adding to that long line of quilts on hangers! Baxter does not look impressed! LOL
Beautiful work, Cathi! I love that I can click on your photos and see the details. This is a great block.
It’s so nice to see a new blog from you Cathi. This is design is lovely. I am missing the ‘toon. Everything okay there?
I think table linens and mug rugs are perfect for all of the different blocks and sizes that you want to try. You will quickly find out which ones are the most fun to make.
And it gives me some small finishes, which I definitely need!
