There are very few of the brown and blue paisley kaleidoscope stars left to make so I decided to make one to add to the stack of finished ones. These ones are made using the 2″ diamonds.
Then another.
A third – and this one is definitely my favourite of this group.
And a fourth.
Then I decided I’d better get some more of the little mauve and pink ones done. These ones are being made with the 1.25″ diamonds and seem very tiny after working with the 2″ diamonds.
I made four of these as well. There are still many, many more to be made. When I look in the box that contains the printed diamonds for this project, it looks as though I’ve barely made a dent!
“The Great Outdoors.” Mr. Q.O. was working with a new drawing app.
Mr. Q.O. captioned this one, “Where’s my breakfast?”
And finally we have a shot that almost captures the amazing colour of Jake’s eyes.
Baxter, of course, will pose for a photo just about any time someone has a camera in hand. Mr. Q.O. captioned this one “Seriously?”
Beautiful stars. Sweet kitties. Jake’s eyes look amazing.

Paisley fabrics make great stars – must be the swirls and movement, more so it seems, than the other fabrics – pretty though they are! Your boys are both so adorable, you’re right about Jake’s eyes, they are a gorgeous colour.

The little star blocks are so cute and look like fun to piece. Love the cat photos. Jake has the most unusual color eyes. Maybe you can make him a kitty quilt to match.

Looks like you’ve been having fun with these kaleidoscopes. They look great. Looking forward to seeing them come together in their own quilts (yes, I know that’s a way away).
The cat’s are looking handsome as ever. I’m looking forward to this backward reading to see if Jake is a new family member or just a temporary one 🙂
