… is done. The blocks finish at 9″. I’m thinking another 12 and then it will be time to start auditioning fabrics for sashing. Although I think it’s probably not something I can accomplish, I’d love to get the remaining 12 blocks put together before the end of December.

Another rather overcast day and more sleepy kitties. Lester in the kitty bed:

The block turned out beautifully!! Who can blame the kitties, that is definitely what I would love to do on an overcast day!

I love the pink ice block, but I love the idea of staying home curled up in a warm bed like the fur babies, too!Karmen

I'm sure you could get the rest done this month IF you didn't get distracted with all the other projects LOL.Crispy

It's so hard to believe the blocks are so small, and the pieces even smaller. Hand sewing would be the only way to go on them.

I do crave a cat! Every time I see your babies, I feel a pang. I think friends, who know how much I want a kitty, were thinking they would get me one for Xmas. They are put off by Gom, who is adamant he doesn't want a cat. Because we have lizards that live in our garden, I would prefer an indoor cat, but we have our door open always because of our dogs. A dilemma.I see so many cats who need adopting in the local paper & would love to rescue one of them.
