I made the first of these blocks when the Inklingo tumbler collection came out a few months back. I’ve now made a few more and have the beginnings of another teddy bear quilt. The blocks finish at 6″. These aren’t pressed yet, but I’ll do that this week. I’m going to make another 6 blocks and then set it together, perhaps with a small border.

Cat sitting Winnie was an eye-opener on the weekend. She is letting me pat her, even will let me pick her up — sometimes. When I was getting her food ready, she was doing figure 8’s around my legs. That was a huge step! She really responds to Mr. Q.O.’s voice — it’s interesting to watch her when he’s talking to her. Her eyes get huge! We’re going to try to get a picture of her this week.
Lester draped over the arm of the chair:

And Smudge, very alert on the couch with some friends:

Just love the tumbler blocks. The Kaffes are definitely a favorite of mine, as you know. These look wonderful together. See, I knew that Winnie would come around for you. She knows a cat lover when she sees one.

Love the little teddy bear quilt, so bright and cheerful!! I'm glad Winnie has decided to be friends, nothing worse than a cranky cat.Crispy

Lester looks lovely!Gosh – all of my cats do figure 8's when they're hungry – it can be a life endangerment to try and feed them sometimes (especially when they get the rare treat of wet food!)I'm sure yours do it regularly – I was just thinking about what it might be like to have ANOTHER one in the mix!

Do your teddy bears have a little stack of quilts they can choose from? I like the pattern of this one.

I love the pattern and the mix of colors. As for you cats: gorgeous, as usual (I love the picture of Lester: looks like an open fire in the background).
