All the plates are done. Now it’s just a matter of joining them and adding the black connector squares. With any luck, I’ll have the top finished by the time the weekend is over.
The worst part of this flu has been, for me, the never-ending headache. I fall asleep with it, wake up with it and it’s with me all the time. Compared to what some people have been through with this bug, I shouldn’t complain but I’ll be very glad when it is over.
Mr. Q.O. got this shot of Lester’s paw. Cracks me up.

Oh Cathie, I hope you're felling better soon. Did you line up in one of those long lines for your H1N1 flu jab yet?Gill

Cathi Your blocks are gorgeous. Hang on to all of that Asian fabric that you have. I've been looking for it here in Indianapolis, and there is none to be found. I've ordered the other POTC Inklingo and have 1 1/2 blocks finished. I enjoy seeing what you are making with yours.

What a cute little pink paw!And look at Smudge's magnificent tail!Sorry you have a lingering headache. I've heard that about the flu–that the worst is the headache. For someone who is already prone to migraines, this must be miserable.

Love how the quilt is coming together. Are you taking in lots of fluids? It's easy to get dehydrated when you have a cold/flu and that will give you a permanent headache. You should be taking in 2 litres of fluid on a daily basis on a normal day. When you have a cold/flu it should be at least 3 litres. Love and hugs GIna xxx

Cathi, I'm very sorry you are sick! Still, you have accomplished so much in the way of sewing. Your quilts always seem to have so much piecing to them and you finish the blocks so quickly. Also, you do such beautiful work. Thank you for sharing and for the pictures of Lester and Smudge. I hope you are feeling much better and have a blessed week. Pat Mc
