Pinch-hitting while Ms. Q.O. rests her wrists. I’ll have to rest a while myself having just wrested myself from under a half a ton of fabric where I was stuck for three and a half days without food, water or the company of kitties. My work seems to be cut out for me. (groan)
Rather I’ll be rotary cutting. Neat tools you quilters have.
Here’s Lester kitty-meditating in his favourite spot.
Smudge having his tummy tickled (for over half an hour ) by yours truly.

Stay tuned for the next thrilling installment.
MISTER Quilt Obsession for …

aha-so you have been pressed into service. Please be advised that this new behavior is patently dangerous and also addictive. All over the world people have lost their ability to step away from a rotary cutter, ceasing only when all woven (and some knitted) fabric is cut into piles of innocent looking, alluring little stacks. and then. and then. you have to sew them back together!if you are still standing. RUN!!!!o amd pls tell athi to feel better soon-ice packs and heat alternating might ease the pain a bit.

Only a half a ton of fabric? I guess Cathi did well in hiding the other ton and a half from you, huh?Now be honest, which do you prefer? Rotary cutters or a hammer and nails? Hope Cathi feels better soon.

Does Cathi realize she may never get the rotary cutter back because you are having so much fun with it? In my years of teaching I met a few students whose husbands did all of their cutting for them. It was just another precision thing they enjoyed, and the wife had more time to sew that way.

Okay, I do find it a little hard to believe you were stuck under so much fabric for 3 and a half days without food, water or kitties. LOLPlease give Cathi my best – and do be *very* careful using that rotary cutter – it's much more dangerous than it looks!

You be careful with that rotary cutter, Mr. Q.O. – it can be dangerous! Remember to close it EVERY TIME afterwards – kitties can be quite nosy π
