We were at the gas station yesterday (wow, have gas prices here fallen!! lowest since February) and I couldn’t resist this photo. Love the golden colour of these leaves.

Then I noticed this tree and the little patch of red leaves in amongst the mostly still green leaves really caught my eye.
At the St. Lawrence Market (fabulous market in Toronto), I couldn’t resist snapping a picture of this bouquet.
And this one! Look at the colours — love the richness of them!
Lester looks almost small when he curls up like this to sleep.

Hurray! Low gas prices and colourful trees! And a sleeping cat! Isn’t life great!

We not only have gas here again, it’s $1.90 cheaper than 3 weeks ago. Below $3.00/gal! There might be a road trip in my future! The tree I took photos of Monday morning–half the leaves are gone now. Fall is speeding up.

Our 16 year old comes home positively gleeful each time she sees the price of gasoline has gone down some more! She pays for her own so is thrilled to see her money going further these days.I LOVE the fall colors, I walk with a friend each weekday morning and we’re so enjoying watching the changes each day.
